Accounting Specialist

KP Labs is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join its finance team in Gliwice.

Responsibilities

• Post cost, sales, and bank accounting documents
• Verify accounting documents for formal and financial accuracy
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare tax declarations and financial reports
• Maintain fixed assets and intangible assets records
• Cooperate with internal departments and external institutions
• Support the preparation of financial reports and analyses
• Monitor changes in accounting and tax regulations

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Comarch ERP Optima – mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience as an Accountant or Accounting Specialist
• Practical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• English at B1 level or higher
• Good command of Microsoft Excel
• Accuracy, responsibility, and strong organisational skills
• Teamwork and good communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in a technology or manufacturing company
• Knowledge of accounting for R&D or publicly funded projects
• Experience preparing financial reports
• Willingness to continuously develop accounting and tax knowledge
