Production & Test Technician

Liftero is looking for a hands-on Production & Test Technician to help turn engineering designs into working propulsion hardware.

About Liftero

Liftero builds propulsion systems for the fast-growing small-satellite market. Its core product, BOOSTER, is a non-toxic chemical propulsion system designed for the NewSpace era and already proven in orbit. The company's stated goal is to put 1,000 propulsion systems into space.

About the role

You will assemble, test and verify equipment against documentation and keep the workshop and test rigs running. The role is fully on-site at Liftero's workshop in Kraków.

What you will do

• Run pressure tests on components and systems
• Build and maintain mechanical and hydraulic test benches with the R&D team
• Operate and maintain a CNC milling machine
• Do basic bench work such as cutting, drilling and tapping
• Keep the shop floor organised to 5S standards and look after hand tools
• Support engineers in testing, integrating and assembling propulsion systems

What you bring

• Readiness to work 100% on-site in Kraków
• Hands-on milling experience, including CNC, or a strong willingness to learn it
• Workshop, manufacturing or assembly experience and safe use of hand and power tools
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers)
• Ability to verify parts against technical documentation
• Fluent Polish and good English for reading technical documents
• Attention to detail, reliability and initiative
