HR Operations Specialist

Liftero is looking for an HR Operations Specialist with strong Polish labour-law expertise to run HR administration and keep compliance standards high.

About Liftero

Liftero builds propulsion systems for the fast-growing small-satellite market. Its core product, BOOSTER, is a non-toxic chemical propulsion system designed for the NewSpace era and already proven in orbit. The company's stated goal is to put 1,000 propulsion systems into space.

About the role

You will be the in-house expert advising the company on labour-law compliance, while managing personnel documentation, contract changes, HR systems, business-travel settlements and payroll coordination for all employees.

What you will do

• Maintain personnel files and prepare employment contracts and amendments
• Answer employee questions on labour law, benefits and HR policies
• Administer HR systems and employee data
• Organise, verify and settle business trips
• Work with the external accounting office on payroll
• Track working time, leave requests and leave balances
• Manage occupational health referrals, medical certificates and mandatory safety training
• Ensure GDPR compliance across HR documentation and access rights
• Administer non-financial benefits
• Support the People & Culture team in recruitment

What you bring

• At least 3 years in independent HR administration or core HR
• A university degree, ideally in HR, law or administration
• Expert knowledge of Polish labour law, including remote-work rules
• Fluent English (C1)
• Autonomy, precision and initiative in improving processes
