Office Coordinator

Liftero is looking for an Office Coordinator to own day-to-day office operations and make the workspace reflect the company's culture.

About Liftero

Liftero builds propulsion systems for the fast-growing small-satellite market. Its core product, BOOSTER, is a non-toxic chemical propulsion system designed for the NewSpace era and already proven in orbit. The company's stated goal is to put 1,000 propulsion systems into space.

About the role

You will take end-to-end ownership of the office: document workflows, logistics, building management and key suppliers, as well as the look and feel of the space. The goal is an efficient workplace that lets the team focus on building space technology.

What you will do

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, track shipments and coordinate deliveries with Procurement
• Manage company-wide document flow and archive contracts
• Act as the contact for building management and coordinate maintenance
• Order equipment and supplies and coordinate the cleaning team
• Welcome guests and look after office equipment
• Organise internal and external events with People & Culture, including catering
• Help design the office space and keep it tidy and welcoming

What you bring

• At least 2 years in a similar office or administrative role
• English at B2 level or higher
• Ability to act without detailed instructions, good organisation and attention to detail
• Flexibility in a fast-growing company and a pitch-in attitude to routine tasks
• Ideally a degree in administration, management or communications
• Availability to work 100% on-site, 8:00–16:00
